SIGN UP FOR CLASS – MONDAYS AT 4:30 PM CT AND THURSDAYS AT 12:15 PM CT
On Mondays you can expect a focus on strength training mixed with a little bit of High Intensity Interval Training ("HIIT")—short bursts of movement followed by a brief period of rest. We'll play with tempo, reps, and sets; challenging your muscles in various ways stimulating growth.
On Thursdays we'll focus more on heart rate driven movements. We'll torch calories as we add plyometrics into the mix and play with the work/rest ratio. Thursdays will be short, sweaty, and sweet as we'll primarily work anaerobically.
